Shipping & Returns
Returning products should be a very simple process and while we realize that not everything you purchase from us is exactly what you wanted, it is vital to for you to understand that not all products are returnable. Every manufacturer has different standards and we ask for your patience when it comes time to determine what can be returned to us, what is dealt with by the manufacturer and what can not be returned.
Some products we offer are not returnable because of the nature of the product; examples of non-returnable products include Firearms, Ammunition, Food Products, Gun Parts, and more.

If it is not indicated in the product description and the product is in a "returnable product category" then see below:
Simple Product Return Process:
|1.||Product was purchased within 30 days|
|2.||Determine if the product is a returnable product; some products the manufacturers prefer to handle the returns and repairs, please check our website. (I.E. examples of non-returnable products include Firearms, Ammunition, Food Products, Gun Parts)|
|3.||Ensure the product is still in the original packaging and is not damaged; damaged packaging is subject to a 25% restocking fee, products showing excess usage may be returned to the customer and a refund will be denied.|
|4.||Call us at 512-772-3813 or email email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and receive a prepaid UPS label|
|5.||Securely package the product in a box with a copy of your original invoice and affix the UPS label and write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box|
|6.||To ship the box, please call UPS at 800-PICK-UPS or go online at www.UPS.com to schedule a pick up|
|7.||Please allow 15 days for your package to be received and processed|
Suppressor Delivery & Shipping for Texas Buyers
For Texas buyers, you can choose one of the following:
- Pick up your suppressor at our Austin, Tx location: 8900 Shoal Creek Blvd. STE. 101, Austin, TX 78757. Once we receive your approved Form 4 with the Tax Stamp from the ATF, we will notify you via email and/or phone. You will then need to complete a Form 4473 and provide a valid ID.
- Have another Texas dealer handle the transfer. In this case, we will mail the suppressor to the dealer of your choice who will handle the actual transfer process for you. This is basically the same process as buyers who live outside of Texas. The dealer must be an FFL/SOT.
We charge 8.25% sales tax for all Texas residents.
Suppressor shipping for buyers that live outside Texas
Because of federal and state regulations covering the purchase of NFA items, such as suppressors, we can only ship these items to individuals or agencies in possession of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) that have also paid the Special Occupational Tax (SOT).
If you already have an FFL/SOT in place to handle your transaction, have them send their FFL & SOT to us by e-mail, mail or fax:

If you don’t know an FFL/SOT holder in your area, feel free to contact us, and we can help you locate one. Your order will be held until valid FFL/SOT information has been received.
All shipping charges are based on weight and location. Most items ship via USPS using either First Class or Priority mail services (depending on weight).
Suppressors will be mailed with a signature required.
Once we have initiated a transfer/Form 4 with the ATF, we are unable to process returns on suppressors or other NFA items.
